IOWA CITY, Iowa -- After traveling to Washington, D.C. last weekend to participate in the Kevin Durant Nike Elite Skills Academy, University of Iowa senior men's basketball forward Aaron White has received an invitation to another prestigious summer camp. White will travel to Las Vegas next week to attend the LeBron James Nike Skills Academy, July 9-12.


The LeBron Skills Academy features 30 of the top collegiate players from around the country. Player will have four days of competitive skills workouts and 5-on-5 games in order to showcase their skills for NBA scouts in attendance. Players will take what they learned at the previous skills academies and implement them into a team setting on the floor.

I think it was because Marble slept with his girlfriend. Or did McCabe sleep with White's girlfriend? Or were there 5 guys fighting over the same girl? I don't know. But I think the kid can play and I'm hoping for a big season.

Great honor for Aaron to make the cut for the Lebron Camp. Really could be amping up for a huge senior season. I have never felt like he had a legit shot at the NBA, but he does, and that is motivating him bigtime. Good....prove me wrong ,Aaron!

He wouldn't be invited to all these camps if the pros didn't want to get a good look at him.

Going to a guys camp that could quite possibly go down as the best all around player of all time is quite the honor. Keep getting after it in the weight room though Aaron.
