Music city bowl, I like Nashville and that it is closest to Iowa. We should be able to pack the stand with black and gold!

I don't care and won't be watching. I certainly wouldn't waste my hard earned money travelling to watch it; a good turnout just validates Kirk and his failure. I haven't watched them since the NW game. My fervent hope is that they get annihilated in the small hope it leads to Kirk getting fired or stepping down. I know I know, fat chance. Kirk doesn't live with expectations from his employer like the rest of us. I'm done until the administration shows me they care and no longer embrace and reward mediocrity.

Whichever one is in the locale that serves the most gaseous cuisine so that Kirk can show the world what a classy guy he is by offering to muster one up for members of the media. Oh wait, that wouldn't be a classy move. Please disregard.

Spending money on Iowa football is like giving money to your child who has no sense of urgency about school or getting a job in their adult life. It's called enabling and I refuse to do it for Iowa or my kids after a certain point. And many believe the past 10 years has met and exceeded the criteria of a certain point.

So for those of you still willing to pay for season tickets or go to whatever worthless money grab bowl they go to, you have that right, no questions asked. But for me at this point, that is enabling the program. With that said, I am still a fan. Please don't tell me I'm not.

Anyone who says that you aren't a fan because you want Iowa to try to be successful is an idiot. I'm a fan of the Hawkeyes, not Ferentz, and I want them to do whatever they can to win. What kind of fan wants us to consistently lose to crap teams like Iowa State and never even sniff the top 25?

They are raking in millions. Barta and the University are laughing all the way to the bank while the fans are crying. If fans keep writing them checks nothing will change.
