No doubt. There's a reason teams slow up to settle for the LAST shot of the half. Fran needs to teach them the importance of that possession. No excuse for giving ISU 3 points there.

It was just a poor 30 seconds of fundamental ball all around.

Jackholes get the ball to start the half. We could easily get down by 8 or 11 with not even a minute gone. At that point, if Jackholes continue shooting teh treys as they are, game over.

I don't think the Cyclones will continue to hit 46% of their 3's. One good thing is that Iowa has 7 offensive rebounds and Iowa St has 3. Iowa is not only not shooting well, they are standing around a lot. Iowa St. is playing pretty good D, but Gesell had two 3-point attempts where a defender wasn't within 6 feet of him. I think Iowa needs to work more in the paint.

This game plan is horse$hit. Iowa needs to be driving to the hoop and try to draw fouls. They have the height advantage and need to get Iowa State into foul trouble.

The shooting is just brutal and has been all season. I'm pretty ****** off at the results on the floor and Fran needs to change this jump shooting BS and make them get the ball in the paint and have guys drive.
