When does the B10 announce new logo and div. names?

I feel like there was a time frame that the big ten said they would announce their new logo and division names, but can't think of what it was. Help?

I'd look for something between the last game and bowl games...that way it isn't a distraction. Besides, I think JD said it wold be around December/January, wasn't it? I don't know. But that would be my guess.
