I never saw Merton play college. He was great in the pro's though. But I did see Bob Sanders play. And he changed the whole character of the defense when he was on the field. Iowa went from a good defense to a defense the offense feared.

They were both great Hawkeyes. We need more intimidators like both of those guys.
