I personally think Moore winning the Heisman would bother me more. Just like last year, he will have extremely inflated statistics because he plays in the WAC.

Boise state playing for the NC. Nothing says National champ by playing NO ONE outside of a over rated Va Tech team and a so so Oregon state team. Granted no one wants to play Boise state but still.

I couldn't care less who wins the Heisman. That is a worthless trophy.

If I had one wish, I'd wish to win the Heisman. Then during my speech, I'd take a big runny crap right on top of the trophy and say, "This trophy is nothing but a pile of crap!"

That's not 100% true, if I got one wish I'd wish for unlimited wishes then money and women but I think you get the point...with my unlimited wishes I'd eventually get around to taking a crap on the Heisman, that you can be sure.

Good for Boise. They deserve credit, and for some reason nobody wants to give it to them. If Iowa runs the table, and its between Iowa and Boise, I still can't believe that Boise would get the nod. This is the reason why people (especially on this board) hate Boise. Because they think they will get in the way of our NC hopes. Any quarterback that can win when the game is on the line, AND look that composed, deserves to be in the heisman talk.

Neither Boise St. playing for NC or Moore winning the Heisman would infuriate me. Unless, there were three undefeated teams, Iowa was one of them, but got left out of the NC game because Boise St. was voted in instead.

How about Boise playing for the NC and TCU and ND taking at large spots. That would leave one at large spot for a BCS non-Champ.

If that happened Superconferences leading to a playoff system including the divisional champs would be right around the corner. The non-bcs schools would have to find a way to put together divisions to get in.

If we run the table, beating what will likely be a ranked Arizona, ranked Penn State, highly ranked Wisconsin, could be ranked/highly ranked Michigan, could be ranked/highly ranked Michigan State, and most likely highly ranked Ohio State.....

We would jump an undefeated Boise State. Especially if when we beat OSU they are undefeated or 1-loss.

The only way I could see us not jumping Boise St. if the above scenerio plays out, is if Virginia Tech runs the rest of their table, and Oregon State wins the Pac-10. This is also coupled with Iowa not beating an undefeated OSU. Iowa runs the table and beats an undefeated OSU and Iowa is in. Assuming Alabama was still #1, we'd probably have 50%+ of the #2 votes and our computer rankings would dominate Boise's.

This is the best way to look at it. If Iowa takes care of business they're in, it's that simple.

Depends on the circumstances. If there is an undefeated team from a major conference that gets left out of NCG in favor of BSU, then that would be upsetting. As for the heisman, I haven't really cared abotu that trophy in some time.

Worst case scenario is Boise St. takes the at large Rose Bowl berth if OSU makes the NC game and thus bumping an 11-1 Iowa team to the Fiesta Bowl.

None of the above. If either happens they deserve it.

I was not impressed with Moore. He puts a lot of air under a lot of his passes, and he checks down all the time, when he did throw down field was not that accurate. His recievers and backs impressed me a lot more than he did.
