Not sure there will be any homers tonight.
Who's gonna hit the screamer for the Cubs?
Bryant? Nah. Keep the ball on the outer half.
Russell? Nah. Same reason.
Baez? Nah. Same reason.
Heyward? Snort.
Rizzo? Pitch him inside.
Contreras? IDK. Isn't reliable enough to be a good hitter in the majors, though.
Zobrist and Fowler can hit the ball pitched to either side of the plate.
Schwarber seems to be the wild card. He seems to be able to hit the ball for power that's pitched to both sides.
Both starters are 'pitchers'. Kluber and Hendricks.
Kluber is going to feed the Cubs a steady diet of curve balls. Cub Kriptonite.
Hendricks is going to feed the Indians a steady diet of change ups. Kriptonite to most MLB hitters.
Whose bullpen is the freshest and most effective? There's your answer.

Kluber is pitching for the 3rd time in the series and on short rest again. The Cubs got better swings against him last time than they did the first time. I think they can get to him. You can discount the lineup all you want, it's still very dangerous. I felt we had a huge advantage in game 6. Tonight is more 50/50. Oh and btw, Rizzo can take an inside pitch and yank it a very long way.

Seeing these Cleveland pitchers multiple times in a week on short rest is definitely helpful. I expect a good game.

Well, when one team's "Bullpen" can include (for today) a few well-rested starting pitchers that are ready to go ... the answer may be different.
