So let's say Ferentz is really ******* with us and has spent the last three year actively trolling the fanbase, rather than just being a washed up coach, would you respect him more or less? I think I would respect him more, it would really be one hell of a long, slow con that he's pulling on an entire fan base who is paying him $4M a year to do so. Tip of the hat to you Sir Kurt.

I agree . I also have a totally unfounded conspiracy theory after seeing that no one is going to be canned. I think Barta demanded that no "firings" happen; obviously staff may opt out for whatever reasons on their own, but i think Barta is keeping KF tied to his staff and next year will be "make or break" for all parties involved (excluding Barta of course).

I agree on not expecting coaching changes initiated by kfootball. But the statement he made should allow Barta to fire his *ss is that he doesn't evaluate on wins and losses. Really?! Your the head football coach at a B1G University. It should be your first measuring stick. Period. I may not watch Iowa games until this lump is gone.
