What needs to happen for Ferentz to be Fired

What needs to happen to get Ferentz fired? Have 3 seasons like Iowa Football 1971 - 1973. There wasn't 30k in Kinnick on the last game of 1973. I was there that day so I know. You could set anywhere you wanted. It has to be a completely hapless Hawkeye team for Ferentz to get fired OR people quit going to the games. Money talks.
 
Captain clueless will never get fired no matter what happens. As long as Barta is here I'm willing to bet clueless junior will be the next head coach. Absolutely pathetic what is going on in Iowa City.

I wouldn't call it apathy, but perspective. Life's too short to lose my mind over a game I take no part in. Nor is it worth it to hate a man who's done a lot of good things for this program, and done so with integrity, just because he makes too much money or because the game may have passed him up.

If someone thinks that makes me an "apologist" or thinks that I'm satisfied with mediocrity, so be it. I could care less what they think.

Nebraska, see Pelini and Solich. Both out after 9 or 10 win seasons.

Very well put, the offense is not entertaining again. It was entertaining in 2015 when CJB could run and scramble etc. It was pretty good last year even with hobbled CJ because the run game was exciting.

Many years the offense is dull, predictable, and not working.

The defense is usually good to watch but some big time blitzes, pressure, more turnovers would make them more exciting.

My gosh $60 tickets deserve some excitement and more wins

He offered to make 2012 his last season. They fired him before the 2011 season was even complete.

Please don't call him Joe Pa....it turns my stomach inside out when people call him that. That was an endearing nickname. He deserves to be called a two faced slimy scumbag who enabled someone that should have had his D cut off and then really tortured. Hey Joe...rot in hell why don't you!!! Pedo should have gotten the Double Death Penalty.
