What does this say about Iowa if Oregon..."has been heading in wrong direction?"

Interesting perspective on a program that hasn't seen less than 9 wins since 2006 yet is perceived as going in the wrong direction...we've seen 9+ wins 6 times in 18 years...yet...can't...let...go...

Aside from athletic facilities, Eugene ain't that great...been there multiple times and aside from the green landscape, has nothing on Iowa City.

Winning can happen anywhere with the right people in place...

It has Nike money and amazing facilities. That counts for something. Our facilities are amazing as well, but don't have the swoosh backing them. Brand affiliation goes a long way in todays society.

And cool Uni's that kids love. They are sexy. We aren't. They are way ahead of Iowa.

Would love to pick-up the Oregon OC. They run 65% of the time and their blocking schemes fit well with KF.

I think it says that there are bandwagons all over the country, easy to hop on and off of.

Oregon heading in the wrong direction tells you how fast things can start going downhill when you lose a high level coach and don't replace him with another high level coach. If they don't go to a bowl this year, things could get interesting.

What does it say about Iowa when we aren't even in the conversation about USC and their first-year head coach Clay Helton?
