He's built roots as well as a winner in Tennessee and I'd have to think coming back to Iowa would be revisiting a lot of the pain that sent him swimming through the minor leagues for so many years; pain that is now in his rear-view mirror. Does he really want to face that whole Deon Thomas noise a minimum of twice every year? Visiting Champagne once a year? I think probably not. I'd like to be wrong though.
