One other coach leaves and that coach is replaced by a new QB coach

Gene Chizick will be our new D-Cordinator replacing Morgan Parker demoted
Castillo new oline coach BF Offensive cordinator

They will fire CHIGOZIE EJIASI and bring in Matt Roth as a real player developer. Then replace SCOTT SOUTHMAYD with Bob Sanders for Quality Control position.

Do you think the system would have been effective with McNutt and DJK running it? Personally, I don't. JVB is more Stanzi-style QB. You would never have seen Stanzi take snap one at Texas.

GD should have used more than one QB if he wanted to install a new system for next season when he has different set of QBs. OR, he should have been tough and up-front with KF that JVB will hold things back. He apparently did neither. If Mack Brown can fire him without looking "bad", KF can certainly do it.
 
You are crazy if you think Kirk will retire. Status quo is almost a certainty, although I think there is a tiny chance that Davis is gone.

I'd be pretty happy if Iowa can keep their current commits and hang on to the good players currently on the roster. Right now that is the only thing fans need to worry about. Kirk isn't going to change anything as far as the program goes.
 
Obviosly the answer is A.

Kirk has already said he is happy with Davis, Kirk isn't going to retire and he sure as heck isn't going to step down. And Barta is NOT going to "have a talk" with Kirk after the season to force any changes or "lay down the law". He is Kirk's boss in name only. Kirk calls the shots in football....don't kid yourself into thinking any different.

D. Greg Davis is called into Kurt's office fearing he is about to be fired. He shows up dressed in a french maid outfit begging for his job and telling Kurt he will do anything. Kurt then says try to get more then 6 first downs. Greg shouts "I CANT I CANT" so Kurt calls KOK who is ready to move on and he comes back and we run the table next season.

More than six first downs in a game. More than five TD passes a year. Scoring aginst the $4!# defenses of the B1G, MAC, and MVC.

Yeah.
These are overzealous demands.
