Whar Wisconsiiiiiiin Prediction Thread?

Fran is once again enamored with Oglesby, cuz he happened to make 2 threes at Minny (forget the other 8 shots he missed). So he continues to eat up minutes, enroute to a 1-7 shooting night.

At some point, with the game still winnable, there will be some funky lineup that includes Oglesby, Olaseni, May and Clemons.

Bottom line, Wisky controls from start to finish and wins in typical style, 63-50 (as Ghost said, terrible shooting is as terrible as ever) Unfortunately, Fran still grasps at straws and it's just another day.

My prediction is unfortunately a bad one. My gut tells me this might be the second blowout loss of the year. Hope I'm wrong.

Wisconsin isn't the kind of team that blows people out. This will be a close game, but I think Wisconsin controls the tempo on their home floor. 62-56.

Just let it go with the Oglesby crap

Thicken up! Not bagging on Oglesby. He is what he is. I'm just observing what he is and predicting him to be who he is.

I happen to mention him by name because I see him as a key to victory. I don't expect Wisky, especially getting the dude with the bad eye back, to be too welcoming in the middle. They will rough up the Hawks on the inside because it's at the Kohl and the refs will let them. That means, according to my take, it comes down to outside shooting, which is JO's role. I just don't think he delivers.

No offense to him, I just don't have confidence in him. However, I do predict Fran does, so, he'll play a lot but have little to show for it.

I have read this now 7,505 times now and will probably read it another 25 times again in the next 24 hours if Iowa loses, but even if Oglesby hits 12-14 and Iowa loses people will just complain about him missing 2 of them if Iowa loses by 2 points.

If just gets old being brought up over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over...etc.

Especially when JO is the least of Iowa's problems, IMHO.
