Yea those were some embarrassing threads. It's one thing to overreact in the immediate aftermath of a bad loss (which I am totally guilty of), but calling for the firing of a coach who has improved the program in each season he's been here is ridiculous.

1977Hawkeye is right...this is not a "support Fran" thread...it is a "bash anyone who ever dared criticize Fran" thread. A troll job...nothing more.
Newsflash: criticizing a coach does NOT equal "hater". I really despise that term. I also don't think much of people who keep track of posters who have had differing opinions at times, who eagerly wait for the opportunity to start ridiculous threads like this in order to "prove" how superior they are. This is what cyclone fans do. I thought you were better than this, 1hawkeye1, but I guess not.

Whats the point of contuing to bring this up? Some were Pizzed after a loss, but very few were actually calling for his head. The best part of the season has been the finish and the NCAA tourney, so why not just enjoy it?
