Saw on the X that David Eickholt is reporting that RVZ hurt his foot yesterday and is gonna be out a month... Described it as a 'freak injury' So all that coming out of camp healthy talk was all way too good to be true... Go figure. Don't shoot the messenger but damn this sucks

Yeah, saw the same thing. That sucks, but a big opportunity for other WR's to show out.

He was on the depth chart, but not starting. That tells me that other guys have made a very big impression on the coaches, because we know that he has been healthy and we saw what he can do when he was healthy as a true frosh last year. This room seems to have some depth.

Hearing some good things about KJ Parker. Definitely a loss, but I have some confidence in the depth of the receiving corp.

Hate saying its ever a good time, but at least its before our opener against a non-conference opponent. I get ISU's on the horizon, but it gives us time to get ready and find other guys to take those reps. There's never a good time, but earlier in the season seems much better then late in the heart of Big Ten play.

Regarding that situation, which came first, the chicken or the egg? How long was he injured for before it was reported? I know it's being reported he hurt it yesterday, or is that just when it was reported? Hopefully he will be back sooner than expected............. yeah I know........... maybe by the bowl game he will be full speed.
