This is the week that I fall from the top spot. A few games I just had to go with even though I really don't think it will come out that way. BC cause I love watching Kelly get that spoiled child look on his face when he loses. Stanford, because even though I hate to say it, I did Harbaugh's schtick, and MSU, because of the whole win one for the stricken coach aspect. That being said, at least these are reasonable picks.

I like the picks of MSU over Wisky and Stanford over Oregon ... they're definitely legit picks. Of course, most folks would probably consider a Stanford victory over Oregon a pretty big upset.

I think that MSU has the run D to slow down Wisky's run-game ... the big question is whether or not they can cover Kendricks. I can't help it, but I have trouble seeing Wisky win if they can lean on their running game or TE-passing game. Everybody seems to gush about Tolzien ... however, I just haven't really seen him win a big game on the merits of his arm.

Last year, Tolzien had a pretty plucky Wisky D to save his behind. I'm truly curious how he fares this year.

As for BC over ND ... I wanted to go there ... however, BC simply isn't that decent. Their D isn't as good as it usually is ... and their O is pretty awful. Notre Dame may have a sucky defense, but their O has been pretty solid. Thus, teams who don't have good Ds will have to be able to win shoot-outs. BC simply doesn't appear to be built to win shoot-outs this year.

Actually if I was you I wouldn't do it, if people are too lazy to look it up then that is their problem.

LOL! Nah, I don't have much problem noting where the game is at. I can still be pretty lazy and still give the folks that extra info.
 
Bunch of people got bit on the first game of the weekend. Only a 1 point game so it isn't a bit issue. Home Field advantage win.
