OK the Utes are getting beat. They insist on playing 1 on 1 defense and USC has beaten them. The UTES aught to run the ball more and limit USC's possessions... but they wont' do that..... do I sound like an Iowa fan? ya. They have made some real bone headed turnovers too.

Utes have been flailing around all night. Their QB appears lost out there. No way they should have the ranking they have.

There was a span of about 1 minute where there was like 15 penalties. It was insane, most of them were on SC though. Late hits, unsportsmanlike conduct, unnecessary roughness etc. I thing the refs really tried to keep it from getting out of hand. Utah looked fast, but small and undisciplined.

Utah’s secondary was absolutely awful, and playing against the backup QB. The refusal to stop playing man didn’t help. Particularly bad play by the safeties.
