The number of losses classified as an upset divided by total losses. There’s teams with more total upsets but we have to be up there in %.

Fran doing a good job there then. Time to give the man an extension! Maybe till 2034-2035. Needs a pay bump as well only making $3M next year.

I'd rework it and pay him $750K and the rest would be incentives for BTT, NCAA appearance, and NCAA wins/Sweet 16 etc.

Based on what? Only 2 losses to worse seeds in Fran's tenure. All the others to equal or better. Last year and this year. What about Bill Self-loses to worse seeds most years.
