Individually....

Archie
10 min, 1-1 FG, 5 reb, 2 ast, 1 stl, 1blk, 0 to, 2pts

Brommer
8 min, 3-4 FG, 2 reb, 1 ast, 0 stl, 2 blk, 1 to, 6pts

Combined....
18 min, 4-5 fg, 7 reb, 3 ast, 1stl, 3blk, 1to, 8pts.

They have had games in which individually one of them have dissapeared but on most nights we get quality min out of at least one, and tonight it was both.

I was impressed with Archie. He seems to have gotten a little more comfortable on the court. His defense is great and he can actually finish at the rim. The coast to coast dunk was killer.

I wish I could have seen Archie's dunk. I like the effort from both of these big men.

It wasn't the prettiest/smothest dunk I've ever seen, but that said he jumped a passing lane outside the arch tipped it toward our bucket, got the ball and managed not to travel (it was close) while throwing one down.

It was very nice to see.

If you look at production per minute played, they are both playing better than Cole right now. We really need Jarryd to step it up and have a good senior year.

I would like to see Iowa go with Cole/Basabe/McCabe at the 4, only use Cole at the Center position when there is foul trouble. Bring Basabe off the bench and start Archie and rotate Brommer with him at Center. McCabe can play either the 3 or 4, this would give Iowa more of a rebounding presence.
