Way too early 2020 mock drafts

I'm surprised he didn't learn from his mistake last year. There is zero chance Stanley sniffs the first round unless his accuracy magically improves by 8 to 10 percent.
His lack of accuracy the past two years may have cost him 8-10 touchdowns. How many times did he miss Fant on the deep seam route? TJ all alone behind the Penn State defense.

The windows don't get any wider in the NFL. In fact they get much tighter. For all his physical talent and arm strength his accuracy must improve or he will throw 25 picks a year at the next level.

Cyfan is saying they will have someone go ahead of Epenesa next year and that he's overrated. I didn't know it's been 46 years since an Iowa State player has been chosen in the first round. We need to bring that stat up more.

To put that in perspective, Iowa has had two coaches win enough to become certain hall of fame coaches in that timeframe.
There's a 20 page thread at CyFan about how bad AJ is. He does only have 9 sacks this year, which is less than last year, but it would be enough to set the ISU single season sack record.

I hope no one leaves early. Eppy has learned some things in his Iowa career (like holding the edge). I feel he has more to learn after watching him this season. But millions of dollars is way to tough to pass up.

They think they owned AJ that game as they didn't double team him all that much. But what I heard later was that the field was so wet and slippery that it was difficult for the pass rushers to gain traction at all. I don't think Stanley was harassed much by ISU's defense either that game.

I think Eppy and Wirfs are for sure leaving early. They are both potentially top 10 picks. Alaric Jackson and Geno Stone are wild cards. Jackson has had some injury problems so I think it would be in his best interest to enter the draft. I think they could both be day 3 draft picks and we have seen that players projected to be taken even that late in the draft have left early in recent years.

See Drew Ott if you need an example of someone that had a good chance at the NFL but injuries ended those chances.

Oh boy, top 10 picks? You do know Clemson, Alabama, OSU, Georgia do have guys entering as well. Not counting every other position besides theirs.

I think that Eppy is going to shock everybody and stay. Even though he'd be a top 10 draft pick. I do think wirfs is gone. I think stone depends on the grade. And i'm wondering whether alaric will be back or not because of the injury. He had his worst year this year of his career, might keep him here, might be the reason he jumps. I think he's up in the air. I think stone and wirfs are gone. I think AJ stays (I have no reason to think this other than a gut feeling). Kinda has a desmond king vibe to me.
