Jan says all the right things and definitely "gets it". I hear her admitting she's taken a bit too long tinkering and maybe spent too much time trying square pegs in round holes. Most notably...
Hannah needs to get back to the post.
Lucy needs to shoot first, pass 2nd. For that matter, gotta get more sets to free up both Lucy and McCabe.
Ava needs to bump over Addy.
Kylie and Syd need to back up Guyton and Stremlow.
Hopefully they've flushed the January "experiments" and get going with a stronger inside out game focusing on Hannah and Lucy as primary options with some good kick outs to McCabe to loosen up the D.
Time to roll with double post Ava / Hannah. Guyton / Stremlow at PG, McCabe at 2, Lucy at 3.
