Was Goodson benched after the fumble?

I don’t recall seeing him or hearing his name called. Perhaps I’m wrong.

If he was, so typical bone-headed Ferentz.

FWIW, I don’t think that was totally on Goodson. Bad handoff.

He was definitely back in there after the fumble and was target in the passing game but don't know if he carried the ball again.

If their going to bench every back who fumbles they will be down to walk ons. Sargent had an equally critical fumble last week.

Goodson's fumble wasn't the best thing, but Ragaini's mishandling of the punt didn't help either. And I think that ball grazed his arm or shoulder.

no, he was in on the 2-pt conversion play. i know cuz stanley completely missed him being wide open at the 5 when he decided to rocket an incomplete pass into coverage.
Exactly. He was WIDE open and Nate throws to a covered tight end.

by the by that fumble was not his fault, the PSU dline was in the backfield at the hand-off, terrible line play.

Any coach will recognize that fumble was not his fault. Shit its a credit to 15 that he didn't need to be carried off the field. You got guys coming at you who have 100 pounds on you unblocked.

the safety for psu was hopping up and down yelling at his front 7 because he knew what play we checked into, and we blocked zero people. 100 out of 100 running backs would have fumbled on that play. he had zero shot.

I don't like running back by commitee. We go in spurts...start Sargent, then run a quarter of Goodson, then a quarter of Young, then back and forth. None of them can pass block. Sargent is awful.
