Wadley's Ankle?

Anybody else a bit worried about it or the lack of info all week? I guess I never heard anybody say he was good to go or a certain % of health. I also never heard he was out. I hope he is good to go and they aren't holding any info as far as him not playing.

More worried about Jewell. I lost power last week so I had to listen to the game on the radio but I thought I read somewhere he isn't moving to the ball as well and may be dinged up.

I think they have used Wadley more than they would like thus far. I think it was planned going into the N Texas game to limit his touches.

coming from the stand point that I believed AW should have been rested at least the 2nd half against NTSU; honestly, my first reaction was AW's "ankle" was to put uncertainty into PSU's game planning. JB's real injury sort of side swiped that plan. But I'm not too worried about AW. I think TY performed as well as JB has, but JB has over 3000 yards running experience that certainly could have helped against PSU.

Jewell seems to have had quieter games the last two.

When I saw that I wondered that & was hoping that as well. I wondered if it was a planned ploy for the Penn St game. Didn't Hayden like to do certain things like this or not be completely truthful the week of the game about injuries?

I assume it was a slight tweak that would have kept him out for one series any other week. If the two freshmen would have struggled or if the game stayed closer, I bet Wadley would have come back in.

as I recall, he sure did. I think it's one of the things we liked about ol' hayden. He scratched where it itched, but he didn't let the other team know where it itched.

judging by his Face Book picture he posted yesterday, doubt he will be playing.

JJ got dinged up midway thru the ISU game and hasn't been right since.

We need him to be healthy but the key to this game will be what we get from the QB position. If we can keep them off of our QB this will give Stanley the time to pick them apart. That in turn will loosen up their run defense. Go Stanley!!!
