Wadley/Davis-Ironic

I think you don't know as much about KF as you think you do. But then, you've never been the brightest bulb on the string anyway.
Why don't we ask Rob? Oh yeah, I forgot, Rob wants continued access to Iowa's fortress of Iowa football information... I think one could consider that propaganda emanating from the fortress of Iowa football information.

Hmmmm... he seemed to be able to"overcome KF's bugaboos" this year.

It's ok. I understand you're a KirFer hating trollioliolliol.
How you can equate wanting the best Iowa football team possible (which is my position) to being a KF hater? Maybe you're an Iowa hater because you hated Davis, a former Iowa coach and appointee of the esteemed (in your opinion) KF? Why is it OK to hate one Iowa football coach but hating the Iowa HC is blasphemy? Hum? You KF apologist and one reason why Iowa football is so mediocre..

Yes. Everything I have ever done in my 20 years covering the team has been towing the Iowa company line. Nobody in the media asks tough questions. Very original.

Rob, show us the tough questions? You probably have, but it's hard. I think you wrote one about the contract, but even that one if I remember wasn't as harsh as articles on GD. That is my perception anyway, which is often not correct.

I think tough questions are asked in a more respectful way than they may be presented on the internet because what someone posts on a message board or social media if often not what he or she would say if talking with someone else face to face. That's why there's a perception that tough questions aren't asked, IMO.

Wadley mentioned he has unfinished business to accomplish and I don't think that is proving himself running or catching the ball. It's winning, a title, a division, a bowl game or something (besides moving up on the draft board and receiving a degree). The last 2 seasons have been decent but we all know that something is missing at the end, like there is unfinished business for the team, the program. Not out of the realm of possibilities that AW was pumped when he heard that GD was leaving. He also knows bad offense when he sees it, better than we do I'm guessing. I know on my wish list there were 2 main things, and they came to pass. I'm reupping for another year as well!

I can understand and respect that. Having lived in several surrounding Big Ten states, it is apparent that the local press is more respectful and civilized. That I think is largely due to market size. It's more personal in IC.

Because we all know your schtick, that's how.
