Thanks for the inside look. What stuck out to you as you toured the facility? Realize it's hard to see much yet without walls and interior decoration up. Are they on schedule?

They said they are on schedule and want to be done in August. Since a lot of sports information and some of the coaches are temporarily in offices inside the Kinnick press box, they have to be out by the first game of the year.

There still is a lot of work to do, so it was kind of hard to get a full grasp of what it will be like, but I was impressed. The part that is designated as the club area was bigger than I thought it would be. That is going to be nice for those lucky enough to be in the club seats. There is going a big lounge area for the athletes where they can just hang out and relax. I was also told the athletes will get access by using a hand scanner (and not a key or anything) which I sounds cool.

Makes me wish I was good at sports, so I could be a student-athlete and use it. :)
