HA, I am not alone. I did the same thing, If I would have started Vick over Eli I would have won.
Can't sit Vick the rest of the season now. He is amazing

I passed on Vick (in my KEEPER league) to pick up Brandon Jackson after Week 1. Have been doomed since. The guy who has Vick is cruising though.
In my second league, my girlfriend was up 56 going into tonight's game, and her opponent had only Vick... She is livid! I can't blame her. I have never seen anyone put up over 50 points, and I have only seen 50 once (Brady in '07). Unreal.

Unfortunately I was facing Vick in my fantasy league. He ended up with 60.65 pts and I lost by .1 point.... just needed to vent.

Why? The dude abused and tortured helpless animals. His brilliant quarterbacking doesn't change the fact that he deliberately, repeatedly committed atrocious criminal acts.
Vick didn't make a "mistake." He just got caught doing what he liked to do.
You can appreciate his athletic prowess without excusing his indefensible acts. He brought that rep upon himself. Perhaps you should examine whether it's productive to idolize professional athletes regardless of their behavior.

How many 2nd chances did those dogs get?
Anyone capable of doing something like that to another living creature is obviously missing some critical aspects of his/her frontal lobe. The man completely lacks any empathy, and was given a country club prison sentence without any true long term consequences.
Personally, I hope the guy gets his by a train, or a bus, or has a testicle ripped off of him. I wish him nothing but pain for the rest of his life. He is not deserving of being given a second chance.
