USC an appealing opening??

Obviously this is one of the top programs in the country. However, how much will it hurt them that the perception is that there might be some crap hitting the fan soon from the NCAA. Does this hurt the value and lure of USC and everything that comes with it? If so, how much? If not, why not?

I think it has to hurt at least a little. No big time coach is going to want to enter a program that could soon have violation emerge and sanctions put in place. And with a down season and Carroll gone the NCAA might actually nut up and do it.

Sorry for starting another Petey post....

Nothing is going to happen to USC. Bet on that. The NCAA is a business, and smart businesses don't kill golden geese.
