What are they going to do? Kick people out of the stands? That would be worse than all the drug wars put together. They would line the stadium with the security guards and any federales that tried to intervene.
Best thing for the US is to stop worrying about it and loosen up on security in our own stadiums. Some good selective security to make sure we keep an advantage can be a good measure.
