USA kicks some UAE rear

Whitey is very active on this team getting it done all over the place. I like how he's 3/4 from trey in the last two games. If he keeps that up, it'll take his baseline game to another level. Competition over there isn't very good from what I've heard, at least UAE isn't.

Also read on Hawk Central that USA will face Canada on July 12th. Ejim plays for the Canadian team.....USA vs. ISU...Lets Do It!
 
Excellent news that he is hitting from threeland. If he can do that in the Big Ten, he will be a nightmare for the competition, opening things up for everyone else. They will have to guard the perimeter with Uthoff, Jok and Aaron and Mike G. That will open the middle, especially for Woody and Mel along with Aaron and Uthoff. If Josh starts hitting his threes, we will be a dangerous team......
 
I noticed Adrienne Payne only got 2 minutes. Did he get injured?

Also to Das Boot's post, it looks like the two Indiana players are a bit undisciplined. Would that be indicative of their coach? Hmmmmm .. .. ;)

All in all, great to see White play so well in international competition.

No doubt. Could be a very interesting season ahead. And Josh better start hitting his 3s... or he's gonna grab plenty of pine.

Best part of the game was seeing Sheehey get a shot swatted with authority by a UAE player.

2nd best part was teh UAE player that was pizzed about something and just decided to sit down at about half court. Announcers thought he was injured until he got up after about 45 seconds and was taken out of the game. He then proceeded to sit by himself at the end of the bench and shout at anybody who tried talking to him.

He thought the sun had declined and the shadows were twice as long as object's height, hence it was time to pray toward Mecca. Unfortunately, he was mistaken and the shadows of the American players actually matched their regular height, they were just a lot taller than the UAE players were used to.
