Brain cyst? I'm sure he has something because it would be WAY too bold to just make up a lie about a non-existent medical issue. But this stinks of the same thing he pulled at Florida. This allows him to walk away with a level of sympathy he absolutely doesn't deserve.
 
You people are terrible.

I have seen enough cases in my life where people thought somebody was pretending or exaggerating their health problems, then they end up dead in less than a year.

I am not saying Urban is going to die in less than a year, but you really should give him the benefit of the doubt. Urban has health issues. He is trying to work through them. Cut him some slack.
 
He's greasing the wheels for an exit after the season. Iowa St fans should be getting pretty nervous. They are going to have their coach poached.

And if it's inoperable, that's not good. He'll probably have symptoms the rest of his life. If it gets larger even more symptoms. The brain is an area where benign brain tumors can have similar morbidity and/or mortality to invasive tumors just because if what the tumor can impinge on if not resected. Some cannot be resected such as in this case. Hopefully it is not continuing to grow and learns to live with the headaches or any deficits he has now, and not get any worse.

Yup yup yup. And if it's not OSU it'll probably be somewhere. He's pretty much gonna be the darling name thrown around along with Brohm… If he were to say no to OSU and stay at ISU he should have his head examined...

No one doubts he has health issues. It would take a grade A sociopath to make up a brain cyst.

No one is doubting he has health issues. It would take a Grade A sociopath to lie about a brain cyst.

What we are bagging on him about is how his medical issues only come out when his teams are failing or running amok in some fashion. Giving him an easy out of where he is.
 
I don't like Urban, I believe he's had everything gift wrapped too him since he was at Utah. But I don't wish this on anybody.
 
I can't imagine the stress level of being a D1 football coach let alone have something like a brain cyst on top of it. I have a friend that is going through treatments for an inoperable brain tumor and it's not good. I don't care for UM but I don't wish that stuff on anybody...………..well maybe 1 person. Sandusky!
Let's hope J Brohm doesn't get a job at OSU. I can't imagine what he could do with all that talent.

J Brohm is rumored to be the top candidate at Louisville after they fire Petrino. Supposedly could happen as early as next week after they lose this weekend to Clemson. And, it's his alma mater. Not sure if he is looking to go or not but could definitely cause some worry among the Purdue faithful.

Purdue finally finds a decent coach and he might be gone.

Urban is a scum bag. If he does have a serious condition then so be it. I don’t have an ounce of sympathy for him.
