Its the middle of summer, they can be put back on scholarship in the fall if they meet expectations. Which means great headline but not really a punishment when they go back on scholarship this fall.

People were telling me that they differentiate now between public urination and indecent exposure. I believe if there were children present, it could have made matters worse.
