The guy is a master of putting together teams that CAN win with horribly glaring weakness. The weakness doesn't seem to matter.

1. No running game in some years.
2. No passing game in some years.
3. QB's who throw an unusual number of TDS to either team.

The guy is a master at converting players

1. QB's who can kick
2. QB's who can play receiver
3. QB's who can play safety.
4. LB's to TE's
5. Players to other positions who leave.
6. The guy converted a starting QB into a QB leading back Michigan's resurgence.

The guy is a master at having teams unprepared and prepared.
The guy is a master at turning seeming disaster seasons into solid seasons and then get blown away in a bowl.
The guy is a master at following up great seasons with disappointments.
The guy is a master at following up disappointing seasons with nice one's only to end the season with blowout loss.
The guy is a master at winning close games even though he can't manage a clock.
The guy is a master at losing close games because he can't manage a clock.

He does all the above while earning a reputation for being conservative.

My therapist told me to write out me frustrations and positives for talk therapy.

Not saying this in his defense or out of fear as to what's behind door #2, but there a lot of programs out there (one within the state that I can think of) that would love to have these as their issues. It's why you're in therapy.

For sure, we just played one of them to the east. The therapy is from coming to this forum...

Door #1 wasn't bad.

All that sounds about right. Therapy is for the weak. I just talk my problems out with my best friends Jack Daniel's and Jim Beam.

SOUNDS LIKE HE DOES NOT CARE ALL THE TIME.LOSES DIRECTION EASILY .OR PLAYS BOARD GAME "SMOKE AND MIRRORS TILL ALL HOURS OF NITE.HE IS OUR CAP ONLY 10 MORE YEARS.DARN!!! BUT PLAYERS WILL WIN FRI.

QB's are often sought out as recruits even though they may not end up at QB. This happens at many institutions. So, the fact that he has a few that have changed positions to WR or DB is on par with other places, IMO. Same with other players such as TE to LB or vise versa. Happens all over.
