Go through insight or private seller after some research on the stadium. University typically has not so great seats...

Scalp them at the game. Find someone with an Insight staff patch. Insight, and their large customers get the best tickets, these folks always have extras.
I never use the U for away games, except tOSU, Michigan and Nebraska. And at michigan, I could have scalped for better tix, for not much over face.

The Insight bowl is one of the few bowls that provides sideline seats to the University.
The University receives the best seats. However, to get the best seats, you have to have priority.
I will personally buy mine off Stubhub or some other site online. That way I know the exact seat I will be in. If you buy from the University, you don't know where you are sitting until the tickets are mailed to you.

Just got 4 in upper 205 cost $184 for all 4, s*** when I go back for game at Kinnick worse seats run for $150 each. From seating chart seats view looked good, time will tell just stoked to be going to first bowl game!!
