You get Purdue and Minnesota
We get Illinois and Nebraska

Didn't we "bet" on who's numbers would be better?

Damn, if today's QB friendly football universe those are some bad completion percentages. Its no wonder that these are two QBs of teams that aren't relevant in their division with 2 games to play.

Just for reference

But by all means Iowa fans "should bench Nate. Can't find a wr that can run or catch, fire all the coaches, same as every year can't throw the ball"

Lots and lots of room for improvement for sure, but hardly a dumpster fire. Keep recruiting wr and developing them along with the ol and I think we are heading in the right direction. Especially considering half our wr's were targeted in the single digits last year.

You're just asking for it.

For sure, but hitting mid 60's is what teams with all 5 star talent do. Or play in a conference with very little Defense. That said, I wouldn't be surprised to see Nate hit 64 for 3000+ next year. That will probably get him some looks at the next level and the competition after him looks pretty darn good.
Hopefully that combined with (which it's going to help)
an improved run game should make a few anyway, take a look at our rb's.
But wait there is more......
All this is going to be contributed to and make people start checking out our ol.
Btw what's the rotation look like on the back side?? Do we have a couple Jackson's or Kings?
Lb?? How about the DL?
I think we are trending the right direction.

I have a feeling you aren't going to see a lick of him until next August!

Both McSorley and Horni are down from the 60's where they were last year (NS' 58 is actually up from 55 last year).

Both McSorley and Horni have bad games against Mich hurting their #'s (Mc also had to face MSU & OSU). Which really good defense has NS faced?

Stats are for losers!

Percentages are one thing to look at but you cant really look at raw numbers since Hornibrook has missed 2 games at least.

You should compare their avg yards per pass attempt and completion and TD and INT ratios to the number of attempts

One fuels the other.
True that.
I don't care. I have no ties to the U at all. Just a fan. Never even attended a university.
Ain't nobody paying me to see through the bullshit or give my opinions.
You know in life you are going to meet two kinds of people. Those who read the music and those who play by ear.
The biggest difference is those who read the music tend to over complicate everything. I suppose to feel important. Use big words, X's and O's,. They tend to be good spellers, good speakers and such.
The ones who play by ear, tend to be more the listen hear MF kind.
Which is right?
Idk.
All I know is I think Einstein was probably right when he said if you can't explain it to a barmaid you don't understand it well enough.

Yeah well if people want to get mad at me and argue, it's better than the morale and comments all week on here.
You don't get it.

No one here's arguing with you. They're showing you what an idiot you are for starting a thread where you bash people for doing something that you yourself are just as bad about.

I can respect someone who disagrees with me or argues if they have a valid point, but you're so fucking far out in left field it's ridiculous.

Just a tip for next time you want to rail on people, make sure you haven't done the same thing you're bitching about. Especially when it's a lecture on morals.

I’m pretty sure Unkownbadger got banned.

What has happened to Unknowbadger? He was on here in the past, but seems to have vanished after the IA/WI game. I don't mind the guy, he's not obnoxious and has decent posts.

Yeah, he gone. He got on Rob Howe's nerves I think.
He told Rob that he was full of horsefeathers. That will draw the ban hammer.

He claimed he never came over here to start stuff, then every other post was Hornibrook better than Stanley blah, blah, blah.
Wiscy's offensive line blah, blah, blah. Biliema tried not to run up scores blah, blah, blah.

Hie disappeared the week after the BYU loss, never faced the music. He claimed, in his petty way, that he didn't want to start crap with Wisconsin's rival during game week. He started up again literally seconds after the game ended, once again telling us he liked and respected Iowa as well, blah, blah, blah.

Rob called him on it the next week. Badger made it sound, in that condescending way of his, that he hadn't done anything wrong. I threw some choice posts on there that are available for perusal if you so desire to re-read them. Rob, before the day was over, revoked Unknown's credentials.
