This is pretty much a nightmare matchup for Kansas. UNI has a bunch of shooters and a 7 foot ogre. should be a good game.

I wonder if Eggleseder (sp?) and Kerwin Dunham ever dreamed of playing on a stage like this against the best team in the nation? Both come out of small school Iowa. I can't remember exactly, but I believe they were both in the state tourney in 2005. I always enjoy the "hometown guy does good" story, especially from small school iowa!

Yea pretty cool that the last time Eglseder and Aldrich played each other was in an AAU game in Iowa.

UNI plays with such confidence, even against the #1 team in the country. Man, I miss that kind of play.

I know... My total thought was that Kansas hasn't had a lot of big man competition for Aldrich, this is a good matchup...

However, Aldrich hasn't hit two three's lol.

Wow...this is a heck of a game so far, but if they need the big boy to hit threes to win they are in trouble.

Ahelegbe needs to step it up if he's gonna keep taking those jumpers, or just drive more looking to tally more fouls on their bigs.

I wonder how long UNI can keep this play up? Kansas has not played really well and yet they have hit some 3s and only trail by 5. UNI just has to keep grinding it out and answering KU runs.

I am torn watching this game. Would love to see UNI win here, but have KU winning my bracket and there is a little ca$h involved.
