UNI man cave

$2,000? There are 256 4x8 sections. A guy could sell each section for $100 a piece, that doesn't seem excessive, and after hauling and storing costs, make $10,000. A nice summer project for an ambitious high school kid.
 
Seems like the best ones to sell the pieces for a sizeable profit would be UNI itself. They must think they can make more money by selling the floor as a whole to another school.

Then why buy it at all? There's a lot cheaper lumber out there to purchase if that's literally all your getting. Plus why don't they just remove it prior to selling it to assure that that's what happens?
 
Maybe this is old news, but UNI has offered Dubuque's Noah Carter. He missed much of his junior year with a potentially career threatening injury, nerve damage to the leg or something like that, but last I heard he was ripping it up for the Iowa Barnstormers. He's a bit of a 'tweener for Big Ten competition but may be a classic in state UNI recruit. He's just not quite big enough to be a big ten four and not quite athletic enough to be a big ten three. Continued shooting improvement will serve him well whatever position he ends up playing.

His older brother Josh transferred to Wahlert from Hempstead and teamed up with Pemsl on at least one of those state championship teams. Have no idea where Josh is playing now.
