UNI Beats Iowa State 60-54.

UNI isn't great this year because they just don't do that well on offense. Eventually they will have to score, and winning on the road will be tough for them. I think Iowa beats them at home.

That said I still think they win about 17 games or so because IMO the Valley is terrible this season.

I'm not counting UNI as a win, even at home (I think we might see a pretty good crowd for that one). Until proven otherwise, UNI is the best team in the state, and I'll favor them against both us and Drake.

Correct. O'rear and hezballah or whatever his name is are salty as hell. Plus they're other main 3 sonnen, moran, and the younger cook all have good experience and are more fundamentally solid and comfortable in their systems than anyone ISU or Iowa has.

I'm not expecting Iowa to beat ISU or UNI until they actually do it.

Agree about the announcers during that game. I mean, it does takes some talent and knowledge to commentate a game. I know I wouldn't want to try to watch the game and talk about all the way through it straight. God bless the people that can. Rob carried the broadcast. I assume Coleman was the color. Struggled is putting it mildly. I felt bad for him at times.

A couple of announcing highlights from yesterday - them saying ISU plays in the Big 10, but then they talked about Hoiberg as the coach for a good 5 minutes before saying something about how McDermott is coaching the team. I mean honestly. The whole broadcast was just awful.
