You post vague information in an obvious attempt to rile up people who think school should be in session, and you get mad when someone asks for your source?Your whole life seems to be about being a dick.
You post vague information in an obvious attempt to rile up people who think school should be in session, and you get mad when someone asks for your source?
It's also obvious that you had to quick go and google some southern Illinois communities' COVID rates because--per normal--you spout stuff that's just specific enough to sound plausible but vague enough that it smells like bullshit. Just like in the past where you've posted links to academic studies when people have called you out. Like we're supposed to belive you had already read them just for your lesiure and were commenting from prior knowledge. Yeeeaaahhhh... It's funny (and unfortunate) how google can make everyone a low-rent renaissance man.
I wasn't being a dick, I was asking you to substantiate what you're saying and you got mad because you had to scramble. You and folks here can believe me or not, but we both know it's same ol' same ol'.
Why don't you just come out and say that we're killing our kids sending them to school and that the economy is going to revert to the bronze age and the entire world population is going to die of COVID within three years instead of giving us bogus hypotheses and made up statistics.
Like your post the other day about the economy declining 55% in Q2...lol. If you pay any attention to economics whatsoever you'd know that GDP in Q2 was down 37.1%, real gross domestic income (GDI) was down 33.1%, and current-dollar GDP which takes inflation into account was down 33.3%. But "-55" sounds a whole lot worse so you pulled a ridiculous number out of your butthole that couldn't be real, and either hoped or were ignorant that anyone would question it. The Dow wasn't down like that, nor the S&P, nor the NASDAQ. Hell, oil wasn't even down that far in total. That is all factual public information that you can find within seconds. But you've developed your own better measurement methods of economic growth and contraction I guess.
Intentional COVID infections of football players?
Doling out educational and parenting advice because you claim to have psychological training and experience in that field but never tell us how or where?
And don't even get me started on your crazy theories on what drives grain prices. I do that stuff for a living, but in all fairness you were a farmer and a farm finance guy during the crisis among your 17 other careers, so...
There's a reason you get called out and it's not because anyone's pestering you. It's your fault for being a blowhard who wants everyone to think he's smarter and more knowledgeable than whoever he's talking to. If you're going to be the smartest guy in the room, never expect anyone to take your word for it. Misinformation isn't good for anyone. There might be someone really stupid who actually believes you about the economy shrinking in half and repeats it, or someone might take your hare-brained parenting advice and make decisions that lead to having dysfunctional kids like yours turned out to be (which you've admitted here).
Yeah I am. Three weeks ago.You have no clue but hey you aren't 40 yet.
So you're of the opinion that the Atlanta FRB published some "unadjusted numbers" (we call those "estimates" in the real world), but you chose to use them for a defined three month period? Uh, ok...About the stats on the economy those came directly from GDP Now.....the Atanta Fed and measured/estimated unadjusted numbers during the quarter. Again assumicide.
Lol. Sure you did. Now you're starting to sound like @4thngoal . Was this before or after your keynote seimnar in Boston on gentrification of urban areas and its effects on grain markets?About grain prices I do know what I'm talking about from a fundamental analysis. Its assumption addicts like you that basically make technical analysis about worthless.
Don't worry though...your a funny dick most of the time. BTW I sold but a half mil of grain last couple of days.
Antonio Cromartie has 14 kids. Would you listen to him? At least you've admitted you have no credentials.About child psych...most comes from 6 kids.
Ahh...so, you're regurgitating statistics from a point in time and calling it representative of a whole time period. Nice, I'm now certain that no grower is going to put you in charge of a 5 gallon bucket of grain, let alone "a half mil." So since at one point in March crude oil was down 159%, I get to say that it was down 159% for the quarter just so I can exaggerate my point? Did you graduate from high school? And yes the unadjusted numbers were down about 55 percent during the qtr and over 60 non govt. Not the 2nd qtr end stats.
Again, taking financial advice from you is not unlike taking betting advice from @4thngoal . I'll pass. Run a spell check on your post and let me know if you'd drop your money off at that guy's office. You should now the Stocks have little to do with the functioning economy. The econ numbers will improve but I wouldn't go out and buy apple right now.
