Police cited two members of the University of Iowa football team for a disorderly house Saturday night.

Jonathan Parker and Akrum Wadley were cited and released at 11:54 p.m. Saturday at 86 Olive Court, according to the Iowa City Police Department's arrest log.

Parker and Wadley, both 19, are redshirt freshman running backs from St. Louis and Newark, N.J., respectively.

Just another weekend... Growing up on a farm was so much better for having fun and not getting caught... js.

Considering Parker's vast decision makng skills, exhibited on Bowl game Kickoffs,
guess this little dust up isn't surprising, at all.
But come on.......pretty soon the ICPC will follow FB players around to see if they
wash their hands after taking a leak.

When I read this, I KNEW THAT THIS WASN'T ABOUT our 2 Primary Backs
Jordan Cotton and Mark Weisman.

If you guys have daughters you might want to point them toward Jordan
& Mark, who are First Class, Student-athletes with great futures ahead of them.

Wait a minute. I'm confused. Didn't the Iowa City police call Kirk Ferentz and allow him to try and clean this mess up three or 4 times first? I guess Kirk's not "The Mayor" of Iowa City.

Wow. I am stunned that 19 year old college students are having a loud party. Geez. I have not seen 19 for a long time, and I was at a Packer party last week where I am certain we would have been arrested and thrown in jail. But, when the Pack loses, the language and the noise are pretty substantial. But, this is Wisconsin, not Iowa.

Will someone please levy the necessary sanctions on this rogue program once and for all??!!

What's it gonna take before someone gets seriously violated or morally corrupt from such college experiences.

The story must be wrong. Iowa doesn't have any running backs. We only use tough-nosed, gritty fullbacks. Must be a typo.

Word of advice to Akrum ... hell any of the younger athletes on Iowa's sports teams: do NOT under any circumstance advertise your parties/hang-outs/get-togethers/trips to the bathroom on social media, especially in Iowa City. The ICPD Gestapo is watching you.
