It is very simple. cut down on turnovers and Iowa has several more wins. It seems to me like the tos come in bunches.

Multiple empty possessions in a row with bad passes directly to opponents has to change

Strange that they go for stretches and run good sets / get good shots, then they just freak out. They don't get to the spots on the floor where they have the angle to make the entry passes and guys start dribbling into traps and trying to force the issue. McCaffrey calls a TO, chews them out, they come out and start running good sets again, but we have squandered the lead or fallen behind by double digits.
