Random thoughts/questions:
--Who guards McCamey? He seems too big and strong for Cully. Since he's such a key cog in their offense, do we let May have at him?
--Who guards Tisdale? That guy could kill us. Call me crazy, but I think he might be a good matchup for Brommer or Cougill before anyone else. The height advantage relative to anyone else is just too much. Let Cole and Fuller focus on keeping Mike Davis off the boards
--Is Richardson hurt/out for them?
--I want this freaking game more than any other game on our schedule. I want to have the OC contingent STFU at he end of the game. DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR?
--I would gladly volunteer to give the pregame pep talk to the team.
--I'm hoarse right now so I'm thinking of hiring a surrogate screamer for the game. But I can still jump around and gesticulate with the best of them. (Those of you who may be vocabulary-challenged, what I just said is not dirty.)
--Nothing short of a tsunami could keep me from this game. I expect no less from the rest of yuse mutts.
--I wish like heck they would let the students in free for this game, and put a secret bounty on the pelt of any visiting OC member they can turn in before, during or after the game.
--I think we have the psychological edge in this game. Illwhini coming off a squeaked-out home W over a team we beat by 15 on the road. Our guys should feel confident they can win. Team should be seriously hacked off off about their last two performances. I know the coach is, at least if his meds are working. Seems like a good setup for the best performance of the season thus far by Iowa.
--While I'm not in favor of having Tucker play at this time and doubt seriously that he will, I would be willing to throw principle out the window for this game, which after all is a cause bigger than any of us. This is like the Civil War. Didn't they recruit all kinds of scallywags to fight that one?
--I don't care if you live in Alaska. I don't care if you have to go AWOL from a military posting overseas. I don't care if you are CIA and are very, very close to nailing Bin Laden. I don't care if you are the parent of a newborn. There are no excuses. GET TO THIS GAME!

--No, wait--one other thing: I don't use naughty words or acronyms here often, but I hate the feature of this site that turns certain such expressions into a series of asterisks. Come on now--who among us is skilled enough at writing to achieve the same end with mere non-scatological terms?! Give us a break! How about a one-curse-a-week exemption?
