I think you're confused about my viewpoints. Trump/Harris/DP/GOP are all the same thing. There is no distinguishment between them to me. None.
I am anti-all of them. Every single one. Trump, Harris, democratic party, and republican party. I've explained my stance in detail in this thread. The candidates are 100% independent of the parties they (claim to) represent. They are puppets on strings of the party machines. They want fame and power. The parties give that to them in return for their perceived electability. Congress and senate, same deal.
They want careers, not the best interests of our country. They want to mudsling and stall progress in the name of no compromise. They think compromise is weakness and in return we all suffer for it. Politicians left and right would rather cling to a sinking ship and die drowning than work with each other to both survive. Politicians are sub-human pieces of sh*t who are allowed to do what they do because the condition of the country is of no consequence to them. They're rich, powerful, and insulated from all of the problems everyone else faces.
Left and right. Both equally garbage. You vote for a mix like you said, but none of them are any good as humans.
I'll vote for a candidate who will agree to a single 4 year term, $60K per year salary, 15 year ban on stock holdings other than index mutual funds from the time they leave office, lifetime ban on holding a board seat or executive position in any company over $50M in yearly revenue, and lifetime publicly available tax returns. If you won't do any of that it tells me you aren't in it for the good of the people and you value money and power more than the best interests of the country. Hate to tell you, there are people in this country who'd be great leaders and would agree to that. But they won't be elected or even nominated because you have to belong to either Team A or B. They hold all the cake and they decide who gets it.
That's the problem. There is no character. Until people start understanding that there is no character on either side of this duopoly, nothing will change. I'm under no illusion it's ever going to change, just so we're clear.
