Toronto vs. Detroit, really Jon?

Did I just see this tweet correctly Jon? Which would be worse?

Seriously? Have you ever been to Toronto?

Well...

A: NOTHING can be worse than Detroit. Cleveland and Buffalo are both significantly better than Detroit.

B: Toronto is an absolute World Class city. I personally prefer it to Chicago and NYC as I think it takes the best of both cities and leaves out the worst.

So I guess my question is, how could you ask what would be worse? :)

I can only assume that Jon is asking this question in the context of bowl games...not debating which city is nicer

I'm sure he was more or less comparing the climates of Detroit and Toronto (especially on a cold day like today) to those in traditional southern bowl sites in Fl, Tx, AZ, LA and CA.

So in that context, the climate would stink. But the experience of being in Toronto and enjoying that city would make up for any chills you would have.

The government keeps pumping money into the Rust Belt and keeps getting worse.
They should declare it a third world country, envade it, and then rebuild it.

Toronto is an absolutely beautiful city. Went there for a week or so a few years ago. Lots of cool sites, great food, pro sports, and actually not a bad place to catch a concert.
