Tom Crean at the end of games

Tom Crean just called a timeout down by four points with 5 tenths of a second left. And they don't have the ball.

I am really starting to hate this guy.

Why? All they had to was the steal the ball on the inbound pass, shoot a three pointer, get fouled and make the free throw. 50:50 chance. Unfortunately, didn't go there way this time.
