It's cold outside. Have the buses lined up at Hancher so women, children, elderly and dudes don't have to wait 15 minutes. Ridiculous to have no buses waiting at Hancher and for there to be none ready after the game. I am not sure if the people that manage this process are trained by the TSA, but they receive an F for their performance tonight. A huge crowd on hand for an NIT game and the U, as usual, has 0 respect for its customers. It is a business and you are there to provide a basic service to those of us who pay $10.00 for a bottle of water and .25 worth of popcorn.
