Timing of any announcement regarding Coach Lickliter

Given all of the speculation that started on Thursday, Barta will come out with some sort of announcement on Lickliter's future. The timing of it will be intersting to watch....my guess is they will wait until Tuesday or Wednesday. Why? The Iowa WBB team will find out on Monday night who they will be playing in the NCAA tourney and I don't think it would be smart to take the spotlight away from them.

Until we hear from Barta we'll continue to hear rumors and other crazy stories.

Regardless of what happens, at least we can be thankful we have achieved the goal of former coach Steve Alford: The program has gone to the next level.
