It's almost like some people have never witnessed an entire basketball season before. Losses to bad teams happen to d@mn near every team in the country. Last year it was Wisky to Rutgers. 2 years ago it was Michigan to a winless Penn State team. Six years ago it was a Top 5 Purdue team to a lowly Iowa team that managed to win 4 games total in conference that year. A guy could spend an entire day listing all the losses to bad teams just this year. It happens and you move on.
The ONLY thing that matters is the NCAAs and doing what we can to be playing our best ball come tourney time. I don't care about a conference title. We haven't won one in forever, yet we have been to the 3rd most NCAA tournaments in the conference.
Let's just get thru these last 4 games playing good, fundamental, team basketball....head to the BTT and hopefully win a game or two.....but get everything ready for a run in the Big Dance. Because there are probably 15-20 teams this year that have a truly legitimate shot at making the Final Four....depending on the draw and what upsets happen ahead of them.
