The hawks started slow then roared back to take around a 14 point lead. They had good ball movement and were playing tough D. Time to look at this film to see where they had some bad offensive possessions.
But these players need to eye the rim on their free throws and concentrate and not rush their free throws. Who says you have to look down at the ball for your few dribbles and then barely look up as you shoot the free throw.
Not sure if they ran out of steam during that down stretch but others posters are correct that when a team does what Nova did and started over playing, tight on defense you have to beat that guy off the dribble and attack the basket. Nova was taking away passing lanes in the perimeter so by beating your guy off the dribble, as other defenders help, you can find wide open teammates,
