Sheagle, I believe his mother stated that they would think about things this weekend and "would like to have..." a decision by Sunday night. That was per an article I read Thursday or Friday. Sorry, I don't recall where I found the article or I'd post it.

Well, I will say that Albuquerque is a very beautiful place and the winters are very mild. But yeah, there has to be a fundamental reason we can't get bangers to come to the program. Perhaps they feel run and gun is too fast of play for them. The reality is, though, that in the B1G there is so much speed and quickness, things seem to get neutralized and we must play half court. I don't think these kids realize this. We're 0-2 on "power" player transfers.

There has to be some kind of disconnect going on. You gotta wonder why they can't sell Iowa, and the B1G over New Mexico, Creighton, etc. I know Fran has gotten severals guys as well recently, just a few of these losses are head scratchers.

You know, dean, i'm beginning to wonder if it's the style of play for the 4 position. I think it is obvious, now, that Fran likes the 6-8/9 scoring forwards. That means pace of play and post players just may not think there are "touches" for them; minutes, yes, but touches, no. That's just my speculation because there has to be some disconnect, as you say.
