I don't think JD wants pictures of roids on his site.
Ahhh come on!!! I think you're just jealous.

Yeah 9yr. I have met him a few times. A lot nicer then I expected, unlike Phil who is a complete DB. He was much smaller then I expected and I am 6'3 so I say he is closer to 6 ft if that
I'd like to hear what Phil did to give you that impression. Going to PGA tournaments over the last 20 years I have the opposite opinion of Phil and Tiger.
That's on the course, and in front of the cameras. I believe it's the opponent in Tin Cup that was inspired by Phil: Nice guy when the cameras are watching, total dick otherwise. I'll grant that Phil has been there for his wife, but I know plenty of people who would and have done just about anything for their families, and they're still ***holes to most everyone else.
I've never met Phil, but that's basically what I've heard about him for years.
Have you ever heard about Tiger off the course? Give me an example of what you've been hearing about Phil over the years.
SD, you were watching the tournament. I was behind the scenes and ran a Tiger woods foundation clinic. Tin cup is a good comparison. Phil bitched at his room (at Disney event for reference) and complained he didn't get enough theme park tickets. As if he couldn't afford to buy them. Also wanted another car so his wife Amy could have one who is equally as Bitchy.
Trust me I was disappointed as before then I was a huge Phil fan
Where as Tiger is down to earth behind the scenes and friendly.
I like it better clean. I'm more of a smallball guy, anyway. I like watching pitching and defense, and teams manufacturing runs rather than just relying on the home run. Steals, bunts, hit and runs. THAT's baseball the way it was meant to be played.
Home runs are just eye candy.
Bunts blow. Steals are ok. Real small ball is working pitch counts and drawing walks. That's more fun to me.
That's all a part of small ball. Sacrifices, steals, working pitch counts, hustling out every ground ball, etc. That's the way I always played, and that's how I like to see guys getting paid millions to do what I'd kill to do. There's nothing in my life that I miss more than baseball.
In stead of arguing too much over it I will just agree with this part. Baseball is the most boring thing ever.
FIFY...its even boring when they cheat to make it more exciting.
I have heard the same thing about Phil, although I have never met him. He did make a big ordeal out of the picture of him in his Masters jacket at Dunkin Donuts though. Although I kind of understand what his problem was. Should have rolled it into another sponsorship and more money for him, but that's beside the point.
I have met Tiger once, it was a while ago at the 2000 or 2001 old Western Open at Cog Hill in Chicagoland and he was very friendly. Hung out for a long time after his round, met with a bunch of fans and signed a bunch of autographs and was generally very nice. Now that was a long time ago in Tiger's life. I cannot atest to what he is like now. I also do know that Phil is not nearly as engaging with fans and nor as willing to sign autographs as Tiger was.
My, how things have changed... for the worse.Baseball is a sport, like football, that you can't just have a pick up game or just go play. There has to be big time organization.
I've followed Zach around the course at a few tournaments. He does not interact with the crowd much, but I've never seen anything inappropriate toward fans.I've heard Zach Johnson is a dick on the course but great off the course. On the course these guys are trying to win, I don't have a problem with them being intense. Don't have to be dicks, but intense is what they should be.
